01What are the rights of personal data subjects?

We additionally guarantee that the processing of your personal data will observe the following principles:

ApolloSpace AI reserves the right to use personal data in an anonymized form, for statistical purposes, with quantitative analyses based on the use of its systems for feature optimization and commercial improvement.

ApolloSpace AI may process personal data that may be contained in the content inserted by the User themselves in their mini-sites, links, images, texts, or advertising materials, exclusively for the purposes of hosting, display, and technical operation of the Platform. In these cases, the User declares to be the legitimate party responsible for the processing of this personal data, including obtaining third-party consent when applicable, releasing ApolloSpace AI from any liability arising from that processing.

We use cookies! When browsing our pages, we may use a technology common on the international computer network, called “cookies,” through which some information is stored on your computer. This storage allows for easier navigation and, in many cases, a personalized experience for you.

When the processing of personal data is carried out directly by third parties, including through technological integrations, APIs, external platforms, social networks, or links indicated by the User in their mini-sites, responsibility for the processing of the data lies exclusively with the respective responsible company, under applicable law.

05International transfer of personal data

ApolloSpace AI is headquartered in Brazil and the data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. The personal data we collect is stored on servers provided by a foreign company, under the terms of Article 33 of the General Personal Data Protection Law.
