Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

This policy explains how we handle the data you submit when you join the Apollo waitlist. In short: we use your information only to manage the list and talk to you about access, and you can request deletion at any time.

Who is responsible

Apollo Space is operated by Moonxi, the party responsible for the data collected on this site. For anything privacy-related, reach us at hello@apollospace.ai.

What data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect what you enter in the form: name, email, role and, optionally, company and a short description of how Apollo could help you.

For security and abuse prevention, we also record minimal technical data about the submission: IP address, browser identification (user agent) and timestamp.

How we use your data

We use your information to manage the waitlist, send the confirmation and notify you about the launch and your access, better understand who is interested in Apollo, and prevent abuse and spam. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell your information.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given when you tick the agreement box in the form (Brazilian LGPD, Law 13.709/2018, art. 7, I). You can withdraw this consent at any time, as described below.

Who we share with

To run the service, we rely on sub-processors that handle the data on our behalf, solely for that purpose:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): storage of the records (DynamoDB and S3), in the us-east-1 region, in the USA. • Resend: sending the confirmation email. • Slack: internal notification to our team.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while the waitlist is active and for a reasonable period after launch, to grant you access and respond to your messages. After that, or whenever you ask, the data is deleted.

Your rights

At any time you can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@apollospace.ai and we will honor the request.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored on infrastructure with encryption at rest and access controls. No system is completely foolproof, but we follow good practices to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Apollo evolves. When that happens, we change the last updated date at the top of this page.
